Patrick Bears
Patrick is a Senior from Bakersfield, California; the third most polluted city in the USA! His lungs are still trying to adjust to all the fresh NOTRE DAME air he is breathing. His is a Political Science and Italian major with a minor in Gender Studies and an unofficial minor in "Diet Coke Studies."After his senior year Patrick's future plans include Law School, becoming a teacher, or being a Temp/Stand-up Comedian. When not studying or hanging out with friends, Patrick, a "self-proclaimed wierdo" scours the internet, TV and literature in search of humorous people that he can elevate to cult status, make inside jokes about and quote. Aside from being a Core Council member, Patrick is also a FIRE starter for the Gender Relations Center and a member of ND's Mock Trial Team.Patrick looks forward to improving gender relations in hopes of creating a welcoming and safe environment within the Notre Dame community for those who are of a different sexual orientation.
